If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear its own costs. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
