These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.advancedmdmedicalbilling.com (the “Site”) and any related services, content, or functionality offered by the Company.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. If you are using the Site on behalf of a healthcare practice or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

 

AMD Billing and Tech Consultants LLC provides Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, medical billing services, practice management consulting, and related educational content. Any engagement for paid services will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) . These Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and do not supersede any signed client contract.

 

2. Eligibility

 

Our Site is intended for:

  • Healthcare providers, practice administrators, and billing professionals.
  • Individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse access to any person or entity for any reason consistent with applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear its own costs. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 

13. Termination

 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

 

14. Modification of Terms

 

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

15. Entire Agreement & Severability
